Rebecca Stambler d15173dcc7 internal/lsp/cache: separate modTidyHandle out of modHandle ... While working in this code, I was confused by the fact that modHandle and modData were used for both ModHandle and ModTidyHandle. Separate out the two so it's a little more clear. This is mostly a copy-paste, with a few fields renamed to simplify them.
