Rebecca Stambler 9712d02be3 internal/lsp: add ?utm_source=gopls to links to pkg.go.dev ... This extra query needs to be added before any link anchors (#), so it's a little more complicated to add than expected. Separating out the anchor from the link path simplifies the code a little bit and allows us to create the correct links.
