AcceptContracts is a global flag (api.go) to enable/disable contracts. All go/types tests pass with the flag in either setting, i.e., all go/types tests involving contracts have been rewritten or disabled. To ensure the existing go2go code runs, AcceptContracts is set to true for now. If contracts are disabled, "comparable" is a predeclared interface (without type parameters) rather than a predeclared contract (with one type parameter).
