Bryan C. Mills a8b4bee683 cmd/go/internal/modfetch: replace nanomsg.org with vcs-test in TestCodeRepo 
nanomsg.org currently performs an HTTPS-to-HTTP redirect, so this case
fails after the fix for #29591.
