Jake B a0e7f12771 misc/wasm: add polyfill for TextEncoder/TextDecoder for Edge support ... Edge supports WASM but not TextEncoder or TextDecoder. This PR adds a polyfill to `misc/wasm/wasm_exec.js` to fix this.
