David Chase 8f92ae1c63 Revert "cmd/go: extend path shortening to all paths in messages" 
This reverts CL 465805 (commit 3eedba50b1).

Reason for revert: The longtest on Windows was typoed, silently ignored, and it turns out it fails there.
