Russ Cox 7fcf5b994c [dev.regabi] cmd/compile: replace inlcopy with ir.DeepCopy 
Now inlcopy and ir.DeepCopy are semantically the same,
so drop the inlcopy implementation.

Passes buildall w/ toolstash -cmp.
