Peter Weinberger 91d59a9776 internal/lsp: upgrade to current version of LSP ... There are a number of new RPCs, for CallHeirarchy, SemanticTokens, and WorkDoneProgress. Some of the messages now have two slashes, like 'textDocument/semanticTokens/edits'. A few unused RegistrationOptions are no longer present. Only generated code has changed. There are no changes any other .go code.
