Russ Cox 64684cc2a2 introduce os.EOF and io.ErrUnexpectedEOF. 
remove io.ErrEOF.
rename io.FullRead to io.ReadFull, to match
   ReadAtLeast and ReadAll.
remove io.FullReader, because it is now unused.
