Rebecca Stambler 5edc6aefed internal/lsp: reduce usage of column mapper ... A mapper is always uniquely tied to a file at a specific version, so just build it when we get a new *ast.File. We build the mapper using the *token.File associated with the particular *ast.File, which is why there is one per ParseGoHandle instead of FileHandle.
