Now that the feature-set is relatively complete for running gopls in daemon mode, daemon.md is updated to reflect the new features and to remove some of the experimental warnings. Similarly the `-remote` flag is made more welcoming. The feature still needs more usage, but it shouldn't be considered experimental anymore.
