Russ Cox 3e52f22ece [dev.boringcrypto] crypto/internal/boring: add MarshalBinary/UnmarshalBinary to hashes
Go 1.10 expects hash.Hash implementations to have these. Make it so.

Tested by src/hash/marshal_test.go.
