qmuntal 10e9ab55c8 [release-branch.go1.22] cmd/cgo/internal/test: skip TestCallbackCallersSEH when internal linking 
TestCallbackCallersSEH is flaky when using the internal linker. Skip
it for now until the flakiness is resolved.
