Russ Cox 5fef6fdaed cmd: gofmt 
Gofmt to update doc comments to the new formatting.

(There are so many files in x/tools I am breaking up the
gofmt'ing into multiple CLs.)

For golang/go#51082.

Roland Shoemaker 4ad98e9670 file2fuzz: add fuzzer corpus conversion tool 
Adds a new tool, file2fuzz, which allows converting existing files into
the corpus format used by the Go fuzzer.
