Russ Cox 4e28cfe970 runtime: run all finalizers in a single goroutine. 
eliminate second pass of mark+sweep
by scanning finalizer table specially.

Rob Pike 325cf8ef21 delete all uses of panicln by rewriting them using panic or, 
in the tests, println+panic.
