Robert Griesemer 95e85e3108 cmd/compile/internal/types2: use "implements" rather than "satisfies" in error messages
Type constraint satisfaction is interface implementation.

Adjusted a few error messages.

Ian Lance Taylor 79ff663754 constraints: remove Slice/Map/Chan
Now that we permit arbitrary types as constraints, we no longer need them.

Ian Lance Taylor 4dd5f0994f constraints: new package
The constraint packages defined a set of useful constraints to be used
with type parameters.
