The [`os.Stat`](/os#Stat) function now sets the [`os.ModeSocket`](/os#ModeSocket)
bit for files that are Unix sockets on Windows. These files are identified by
having a reparse tag set to `IO_REPARSE_TAG_AF_UNIX`.
