runtime: improve select benchmarks

1. Add select on sync channels benchmark.
2. Make channels in BenchmarkSelectNonblock shared.
With GOMAXPROCS=1 it is the same, but with GOMAXPROCS>1
it becomes a more interesting benchmark.
